For outstanding support of the NCO's of this brigade, knowledge of the combat infantryman, and personal bravery and exemplary courage while under intense enemy attack by sniper fire, automatic weapons fire, mortar fire, grenade fire, and all of the enemy's other weapons, with all units of the Garry Owen Brigade; and having participated in the ceremony of drinking an exclusive elixer of Custer and Sitting Bull Blood (1 oz bourbon, 1 oz vodka, 1 oz gin, and 2 oz red wine) in one drink; We the senior non-commissioned officers, having duly witnessed your performance of all the above, do hereby appoint you to the Honorary Grade of
