Alan McCarthy created a scenery file that includes the Plie Me special forces camp, LZ Xray LZ Falcon, and LZ Albany.

He offers this as freeware - no charge - through the AVSIM library.

You can get a copy there and load it into MS Flight Simulator X.

If you are not a member of the AVSIM site, you will have to register (it's free).  Once you register, you will need to click on the link below again or just enter "lz xray" to search.

Once you are a member of AVSIM, the link below will take you to the login, you login and then it jumps to the place where you can download the file.

Please do not come back to the webmaster of this site for any tech support.  I do not have MS Flight Simulator and have no idea of how you load in third party scenery.
